The Bocche Natural Reserve includes the islands of Cavallo and Lavezzi, about 5km away,
and the Maddalena Reserve Area, a little more to the East.
All of these are easily reached by boat.
It’s hard to find such beautiful sites, with so much charm…

The white cliffs of Bonifacio (in Corsica), and it’s houses are clearly visible from S. Teresa,
which is only 16 km away, more or less three quarters of an hour by ferry.

The hilly midland with it’s fragrant Mediterranean bush and forests of live and cork oak, seems to be a place where time has stopped: there are small village churches, “stazzi” and charming little villages where it is still possible to find those typical gallurese products which, along with the niceness and simplicity of the people, makes this land one of most attractive tourist location.
